Edwards has lived in California since 1985. She is a member of
The Hollywood United Methodist Church. She is not only a member
of the Sanctuary Choir but also enjoys singing in a ladies quartet known
as E3+. Celene is the founding member of the Festival..

Laura A. Hovermale, a native of the Winchester, VA area (a suburb
of Washington, DC), began singing in church choirs at the age of six.
A former director of the Adult and Children’s choirs at Boyce
United Methodist Church in Virginia, Laura has helped to organize, as
well as perform in, numerous community fundraising events, including
Hymn Sings, Community Dinners, Silent Auctions, and the annual Winchester
Medical Center Follies. Since moving to Los Angeles three years ago,
she has been a member of the Hollywood United Methodist Church Choir
where she is also a frequent soloist and occasional Cantor. Additionally,
most Friday nights Laura may be heard as a guest vocalist at The Other
Side on Hyperion Avenue in Silverlake.
